BRUNOSOUZADA SILVA.
I turn messy problems into working systems. 20 years of it now, across fintech, e-commerce and, lately, a lot of AI.
Some of the companies I've worked with

Systems first
I think in systems. For the last nine years I've run development at Just Auto Media, the biggest publisher of niche automotive marketplaces in the country (JUST CARS, JUST BIKES, JUST 4X4s, JUST TRUCKS, JUST HEAVY EQUIPMENT and Boat Trader). That's the whole stack: the AWS setup, the Elasticsearch behind search, the pipelines that pull in dealer feeds every night, and the AI tooling the team now builds with.
Before Australia I spent six years in Rio building homebroker trading platforms for XP Investimentos, ICAP and the BOVESPA/BM&F exchanges. High volume, real time, the kind of system where a few minutes down costs someone real money. That stuck with me.
These days AI is baked into how I work. I ship LLM features to production, write MCP servers so models can actually touch real tools and live data, and add retrieval and agent workflows where they pull their weight. At Just Auto that looks like AI-assisted development across the team. On my own time it's whole apps built AI-first: a health-analytics platform, a coaching system, and a pile of automation that quietly runs my life.
I'm happiest at the messy end. Chasing a bug back to why it actually broke, or taking a one-off fix and turning it into something the whole team can lean on.

Shipped, and still live
Platforms I've actually shipped on: running development at Just Auto Media, building Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts as a consultant at Amblique, and writing homebroker trading systems back in Rio. Twenty-odd years of it, and most is still live. Have a click through.

XP Investimentos
Built the homebroker trading platform wired into the BM&F BOVESPA exchange. High volume, real time, where downtime meant real money gone. XP is now Brazil's largest independent broker and listed on the Nasdaq.

Senior System Analyst · 2012 · Rio de Janeiro
ICAP
Built homebroker and electronic-broking tooling, FX trading included, for one of the world's largest interdealer brokers. It's now part of the TP ICAP Group.

Built independently
What I build on my own time. Products I've founded, plus the odd freelance and community job. Same systems thinking, much smaller teams. Usually just me.
Earlier ventures
Fortunecx, an Australian Bitcoin marketplace I founded in 2014 and grew to a team of 15. Fitcoin, open-source move-to-earn crypto, about a decade too early (2014).

Beyond the code
Off the clock, the same drive turns up in whatever I'm chasing: on stage competing, riding enduro through the Victorian high country, carving Mt Hotham in winter, a hit of tennis or squash, and playing the long game with investing. Living in Bright, the mountains and the trails are basically the backyard.
